Hi, newgrounders. I have come here for help...

This past week I have been having some intrusive thoughts back and have been having a hard time dealing with them, I have never looked for professional help, since I grew up in a house with parents who still thinkin beating up children is the best way to educate them and also think therapy and all that shit is useless. Also, I don't have a particular stable job, all the money I earn is either through commissions, some Design jobs I do and trading/selling video games, it helps since I am still in college but it is not enough to pay for some therapy sessions, but yesterday I had a big breakdown at school, an enormous Anxiety attack to the point where I broke and cried all the way through home.

Life is no longer enjoyable, guys, so I called a friend for help since his mom is a psychologist and she could help me with some therapy sessions. She said I shouldn't worry about the money for now, that I can pay her later, so I want to be ready and have some money to be able to pay her later. SO that's why I come here with some Emergency Comms.

Just that, it is my birthday, it would make me happy if you guys just keep enjoying my stuff here, even if I am not posting that often cuz of college

More than a HIatus, this time is a break, I know I haven't been like, doing a lot of art recently, or at least not posting it on a regular basis, but this time, is different.

I hurt my lower back. the doctor says it is a disc injury. It hurts when I walk, bent over or when I carry something heavy, I have never ever struggled so hard to sit in the toilet and I can't sit for too many hours in a single spot, if I do, that shit will hurt like bitch when I get up. So, for now, I won't really focus on art and more on my recovery, hope you understand.

I had a lot of sketches on the works, so, expect art after I finally feel like I can do stuff!

As some of you have noticed, I recently started publishing my comic "Fit Mom", first of all this is a great achievement for me, I've been planning this thing for literal YEARS, since 2018 I did a one off joke that never evolved to anything, I am always afraid of not delivering my works but I also noticed that that way of thinking is very harmful in many ways, so I decided to do a few comics and risk myself into posting and honestly I am beyond words, I am thankful that this work is at least doing some numbers here on Newgrounds and Twitter, thank you all, I am very glad to see my heart is at least on the right path.

That being said, I don't want to only rely on Newgrounds and Twitter to post this. So I am also posting my comic on Tapas.

Hope you guys get to enjoy what I have in store for this comic! I am so excite to continue working on it! I can't promise a schedule by now, but I'll try my best to post a strip a week. The one for this week is already out, you can also check it here on newgrounds, either on my Art page or in a Playlist I have on my User Profile. I am also considering posting this in Spanish since it is my mother tongue but I need to carefully think about the jokes and certain expressions since I don't want a literal translation. Like saying "Soy el buen viejo yo!" when trying to say "It is good old me!" which just doesn't sound right.

If I get it in spanish, I want to post it on Faneo so, Spanish speaking followers.... Please be patient!!!

The Game I worked on with @Starblinky "Bird on Bird" did not only get frontpaged but also won Second Place on the Flash Forward 2022 Jam! We still can't believe this really happened. To think months ago I was looking for some art gig for a game on the Forums and find him there. I really gotta thank him for giving an amateur like me an opportunity and being patient with me - Cuz when I decided to join, I was in a tough spot in my life - But yeah, thanks a lot bro, I am looking forward to make more levels with ya and thanks the newgrounds community.
