Art is the medium for people to unwind or to express something words can't say, if someone can't understand this, it's their loss, not yours. I used to be ashamed of self-shipping/oc x canon and shit to the general public that’s considered “cringe”— but at the end of the day, when the sun sets and the moon comes out, it seriously doesn’t even matter, just do what you want.
It’s not like you’re killing anyone or hurting people, and it’s someone personal problem and right to not look at something they don’t want to.
I find trying suppress being self indulgent makes it worse, speaking from experience lol. I literally draw my sona being pampered a whole lot when shit feels day to day, you’re all good.
